COLOUR CREATE - ORANGE, GREEN AND BROWN!

Hi! I absolutely love the Colour Create challenge as it gets me to use colour combo's I would'nt usually think of putting together.This week's colour's are ORANGE, GREEN and BROWN with the extra option of making a male card. Well I know most of you hate making male card's but I actually love it - Honest I really do lol. Plus it was a great exuse to use this little chap, is'nt he fab?

ABC - K IS FOR KEEP IT SIMPLE

Hi!The thought of making a card without patterned paper makes me very nervous lol as paper is my biggest passion ...I just love it!so when Is saw this week's ABC challenge was keep it simple I did'nt know what to do,thankfully my brain kicked into gear last night and I came up with this!I've seen card's similar to this in blogland so I thought I'd have a go at doing one and was really pleased with the result i love making unusual card's as it always gets a good reaction from the recipient.A little bit of praise does wonder's for me lol.

I missed out in taking part in the sketch challenge last week so I have used it for this week's challenge which is a colour challenge.I must say I tend not to use yellow on my card's but when I saw the colour it was teamed with today, it sounded very tempting so here's my card!I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

JUST MAGNOLIA-WK1-A SKETCH!

I was chuffed to bits when I found out there was going to be a Magnolia challenge blog as I love my Tilda's and Edwin's lol.I have used one of my fave Tilda's for this weeks sketch which I had to rotate to fit the image.

I've had an absolutely fab day today... how beautiful was the weather!, if only every day could be like this eh?My youngest does'nt go back to school until tommorrow so we have had a fun day in the garden, he especially loved digging in the dirt lol while I mowed the lawn.Also my prize from Creative Inspirations for winning last weeks challenge came through the door today... the ribbons are gorgeous and I can't wait to have a play with them :)

Evening all!Here's my enrty for this week's The Pink Elephant challenge which is a colour challenge - pink,green and yellow.For my card I have used a Sizzix purse die,papaer's are dcwv rockstar and spring glitter stack,EK success flower punch,circle punch,cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder,PM brad,black gems fom stash,stamps away sentiment,Pm felt ribbon,sheer yellow ribbon from HC and scallop circle nestie.I have added a few black acents so if this card can't be counted I totally understand :)

10TH ANNIVERSARY CARD!

First of all HAPPY EASTER!!! As promised here are some pic's of the anniversary card I made for my boyfriend for our 10th anniversary!

I used two of my fave Tilda's coloured with water colour pencil's.I handstitched a border aroud the image's and number's.For the number's i used craftwork card's chipboard number's as templates and embossed them with cuttlebug and sizzix embossing folder's.The paper's are the gorgeous BG Porcelain,PM adhesive pearls,hobbycraft tag punch.ek success corner punche's,small stuff alphabet,peel-offs and ribbon from stash. STAMPIN' CHIC - DIY FLOWERS

Afternoon well i have a stinking cold :( so inbetween blowing my nose and sipping on water to sooth my sore throat i have managed to make a card for this weeks stampin' chic challenge which is a technique challenge.I have used the CCSR doodle set to make my flowers which i stamped onto a sheet of the ccsr The Big One stack,cut them out and added Pm adhesive pearls to the centre's,i also used the butterfly from the same set,ribbon is from HC and the oval sentiment is craftwork card's.Hope you like and thanks for looking xx
