Morning ladie's!It is bloody freezing today...the worst combo of weather WET and WINDY!!!Anyway so what do you think of my card?This is the type of card i used to make before i discovered stamping!!!Before i discovered the wonderful world of stamnping the focal point on my card's would be something i made with the bigshot if you check my early posts you will see.I still do love my bigshot and there's so many things you can do with dies.

So this is made using the gorgeous new Basic Grey Bittersweet paper's with a hand stitched border around the outer square,Sizzix decorative accent die,hobbycraft heart punch,PM eyelets,Poppicraft blooms,PM pearl brad,sheer ribbon from stash and tag sentiment is stamps away.Well thanks for stopping by and having a look.It means alot.hugs amanda xx

Morning!Here is my card for this week's CUTE CARD THURSDAY challenge.I have used one of my lovely Tilda's coloured with whisper's pen's,the paper's are K&co wedding collection are'nt they yummy.I have hand stitched a border around the background piece.The corner swirl is a cuttlebug die and i have added a heart gem to the centre of it.The flower is made up of a poppicrafts bloom,cuttlebug flower die and laura ashley fabric brad.Lace is from local craft shop and sentiment is studio g.Thanks for looking.hope you all hae a fab day.It's dull wet and miserable here-sorry about the rubbish pic's.hugs amanda xx

A LITTLE BIT OF CUSTARD...mmmmmm!

Well i managed to make one card tonight spent too much time blog hopping and seeing all your fab creations.Anyway i bought this image a while ago because i just think she's fab!And thought she went fab with these K&co paper's i bought the other day.I cut the imageout and mounted it onto the card with 3d foam pads.The paper's are K&co wedding collection,i have hand stitched a zig zag border around the centre square.I have also used doodlebug frills,PM brads,Craftwork cards sentiment inked with a versa magic inkpad.I have posted this tonight just for you Caryn lol.Thanks for looking.hugs amanda xx

Yes it's Tilda AGAIN lol!So sorry but when she arrived i just could'nt wait to play so i stamped her out a few times and coloured them all...she is just such a dream to colour which is great when your rubbish like me!Anyway this card is for PAPERTAKE WEEKLY which is a fab sketch by the even fabbier Dawny P,if you've not visited her blog please do she's brill!Always gives me a giggle!

I have used DCWV spring stack paper's,PM heart shapes which i embossed with a cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder and inked the edges with Aegean blue versa magic ink,i added some lace to two of the corner's,flower's are from the range and peel-ff sentiment.I'm not sure about this one?What do you think?thanks for looking!xx

Here is my card for the A SPOON FULL OF SUGAR challenge and this week the theme is 'love'.I have used my lovely Tilda again lol coloured with whispers pens ,the paper's are DCWV springstack,i have distressed the edge with my Heidi swapp distressing tool but you can't see it very well in the pic and i have handstiched a border.The ribbon,heart gem and heart shape which i have also distressed are all PM,Flower is from poppicrafts and sentiment is PB.Ive added eyelets in each corner just because i love using my cropodile lol.well i hope you like and thanks for looking.xxenjoy your evening.xx

Well i bought some of the new 'smirk' range last week and i love playing with it...it's just so fun and playful.I love this image it reminds me of me when i used to go out on the tiles at 18 gosh that seem's like such a long time ago now oh how i'd love to be 18 again!lol

Anyway onto the card...I have used decoupage image and backing paper's from 'smirk' range,PM ribbon and PM alpha mania stickers.thanks for looking!hugs amanda xx

Morning all!Well i've got the work men in again today so no cleaning for me...yay!So i'm having to ocupy myself by making some card's...gosh it's a hard life lol.So here is my entry for the JUST CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY CARDS CHALLENGE which is a fab sketch this week really enjoyed it.I'm not so keen on the card though a bit too bright and busy me thinks???

I have used an alota stamp coloured with whispers pens,paper is american crafts,cardstock and are from hobbycraft,jelly tots from craftwork card's,retro flower punch,sizzix circle die,scallop circle nestabilities and peel-off sentiment.

ALL YOU NEED IS... LOVE!

Hello everyone!Over on the charisma cardz challenge blog the theme this week is 'love' and this is the first time i've entered this challenge as have'nt had time for any challenge's over the past few weeks so when i saw this challenge this image sprung straight to mind...is'nt she gorgeous?i absolutely love this image...i'd prob say she's one of my fave's as she's a dream to colour too! I have used a Tilda image(obviously lol)coloured with my trusty whisper's pen's,PM scrumptious paper's,lace from stash,prima flower's,PM brads,DCWV brown cardstock,felt flower cut with a cutlebug die and PB sentiment.

And here is the inside using up some of the left over's and matching notelet matted onto brown cardstock.thanks for looking hugs amanda xx

Evening everyone!well i hope you're all enjoying your's?I have...my mojo has returned and i have been a busy bee,made another 3 card's tonight will post them tommorrow as got to wait for glue to dry before can take pics.Anyway onto these card's...
This first card was made using a gorgeous sarah kay stamp which i coloured with whispers pens,the paper's are papermania,craftwork card's sentiment,x-cut retro flower punch,craftwork card's jelly tots,brown dmc thread,dovecraft brown sheer ribbon.I added a doodled border to frame the image.
This is the inside...i have used matching paper's and notelet,felt flower cut with a cuttlebug die,x-cut flower punch and jelly tot centre.I inked all the edgeds with brown versa color ink.

The second was made using the new 'SMIRK' paper's and stamps.I really do love this range it's just so fun,however many of the paper's are like this and don't leave much room for you to make your mark and as the girls are just so cute i did'nt want to cover them up so i hand stitched a border to add a frame and some interest.I kept the card simple as i think the paper is busy enough.I used one of the images from the stamp sets and coloured her with whispers pens,i handstitched another border...i can't seem to make card's without stitching lately lol.I added some gems to add a bit of sparkle and finished it with a craftwork card's sentiment which i inked with a pink versa color inkpad.

I have picked up a couple of awards which i havent got round to posting yet so i'd just like to say thankyou to michelle and lyndsey for thinking of me.it means alot.thanks for looking.hugs amanda xx

FINALLY A CARD AND AN AWARD...THANKYOU CARYN!!!

Afternoon everyone!Well i fianlly managed to make a card last night.I have'nt been able to make none for a while as we're having some work done in the house so ive had to pack my craft stuff away as they need to get the fllor boards up in my craft room...it would have to be my craft room would'nt...my place of peace and quiet where i can escape into my own little world for a couple of hour's oh well should'nt be too much longer now i hope???Well because ive been feeling down because the house looks like a bombsite at the mo and i can't do any crafting my lovely OH took me to the range yesterday for a bit of retail therapy and boy did i come out smiling.I picked me up the stamps and paper's from the new 'smirk' range from trimcraft.They are sooo cute!The paper's are fab and glittered too!A girl can never have too much glitter eh?lol

Well enough rambling and onto the card...well i used the new 'smirk' paper's ofcourse and inked the edges with a versa color pad,flower's from the range,lace from craft shop,peel off sentiment and whipper snapper kaitlyn stamp coloured with whispers pens.Hope you like and thanks for looking!

A CARD FOR ROSIE

Rosie is my cousin's daughter and she turns 2 in feb and my nan asked me to make a card for her,as you may have noticed there is no sentiment on this yet and that is because my nan can be quite fussy lol so i had to make a few cards up for her to pick from... she is most definitely loving my new cards as i havent been stamping long these style of cards are new to my nan and she was very impressed.Anyway onto the card I have used my lovely Leah stamp by whipper snapper just love these stamps...sooo cute!I have used a mixture of basic grey paper's,some papermania die-cut flowers and added jelly tots to the centre's,ribbon is from hobbycraftand I hand stitched a border.thanks for looking.hope you all have a lovely evening.my mojo's gone so any tips on how to get it back would be much appreciated! : ( xx
