TOTALLY GORJUSS DT CARD - TEXTURE!

Evening.This week over on the Totally Gorjuss challenge we want to see TEXTURE on your creations. For my card I've used this fab Mo Manning stamp coloured with Polychromos pencils and teamed it with some fab flocked and foiled DCWV paper's from The Rockstar stack, I've also added some black velvet ribbon from Dovecraft,MS Flourish punch,PM brad's, sentiment is Craftwork card's and ofcourse some good old handstitching :)

TPE & PTW!

Evening all!Today I have two card's to show you thanks to my very late night last night lol.
The first card is for this week's The Pink Elepahent challenge where they have a Nature theme. So I thought it was time time this little beauty saw light again!She's been coloured with Polychromos pencils.The gorgeous paper is DCWV Nana's nursery and carstock is provocraft,sentiment is stamps away,those gorgeous little crochet flower's are from WOC(must get me some more!),pearl brad's and adhesive stones are PM,Martha Stewart Flourish punch to create the frame around the image and ofcourse Handstitching!




My second card is for this week's PTW challenge which is another fab sketch! Thought I'd make a male card for this as I don't make enough! Image is TGF,Paper's are DCWV from QVC,ribbon is from stash,sentiment is See D's and lot's of Handstitching(not very happy with it though as it does'nt look very neat)

ONE FOR THE BOYS! & NO DP'S!!!

Evening friends!Hope you've all had a good tuesday? I thought I'd have a play with padded paws stickers from my docrafts goody bag as they're not usually something I make a card with. I've not mentioned it before but these little cuties have been drawn by my boyfriend Lee Holland! :)

I've used coredinations cardstock which is also from the goody bag, ribbon is from my stash,sentiment is PM CCSR and ofcourse some Handstitching.

Now I LOVE my patterned paper's so when I saw this week's Allsorts challenge of NO DP's my heart did beat a little faster lol but I quite enjoyed making this card without it :)

I'm also entering this week's A Spoon full of sugar challenge which is One for the Boys!

HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW?

The inside...

Is the theme this week over on the Secret Crafter challenge. I've not used my SN stamps for a while so I dug out this sweetie by Elisabeth Bell called Reflective. She has been coloured with Polychromos pencils, cut out and mounted with 3D foam pad's. The paper is from the DCWV 'the mini stack 3'pad. I'm really enjoying digging out my old paper's and having a play! You may have notice I'm favouring a couple of punches at the moment,not used them for ages then all of a sudden I can't make a card without them! They are my MS Flourish punch and x-cut flower punch.Hope you're not bored of them yet as I've made a couple more card's featuring them :) . The sentiment is from stamps away, cardstock is provocraft, gems are from stash and Handstithing.I've also decorated the inside and stamped part of the image in the bottom right hand corner using Tim Holtz Antique Linen Ditress Ink, I think this really finishes a card don't you?

QUIXOTIC CHALLENGE - #19 - CASE IT!!!

Happy Easter!!!

Today's card is for the Quixotic Challenge which is to case one of the Dt's card's or style.Well I just adore Elaine's card's.Her colouring is amazing!!!and her designs are always so clean and simple and she uses one of my fave embellishments...STITCHING!!! :) lol You can see the card I've chosen to case HERE

I've used Hope&Grace - Snuggle for my card which you can get from Elaine's shop. Is'nt she adoreable?She's been coloured with Polychromos pencils,cut out and mounted onto the card with 3D foam pad's. Paper is an old Basicgrey one called Perhaps and as in Elaine's card ive blinged it up with some Papermania adhesive pink shimmer dots, Ribbon is from stash, sentiment is craftwork card's and ofcourse Handstitching!

TOTALLY GORJUSS DT CARD - #24 - A SKECTH!

Morning!Well it's challenge time again over at Totally Gorjuss and this week is sketch week!Net has provided us with a fab sketch to work, clean and simple just how i like them :)

So onto my card which features one of my fave Gorjuss girl images which i have coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with a paper stump and sansodor. Paper's are DCWV Nana's nursey(girl),ribbon was from NEC, button brad's are making memories, sentiment is PM CCSR and ofcourse some handstitching :)

A COUPLE OF CHALLENGES!

The inside...

Afternoon all! Been having a dig through my old paper pad's and came across this DCWV pad called 'the mini stack 3'. I wanted to make a card using the colour's grey and blue and this sheet was perfect! Whenever I've coloured this Tilda with bunny image I've always done the bunny brown and felt like a colour change lol. I really like this colour combo and shall def use it again!I've added a strip of gorgeous blue sheer ribbon and the sentiment is stamps away, flowers are x-cut punch, the flatback stones are from a FF decoupage pack, MS punch and ofcourse no card of mine is complete without my handstitching, seriously I try to make a card without it and it always feels so naked lol. Please tell me I'm not weird lol!??? So here's a question for you! What can't you make a card without? :)
